My recent stay at Metamorphis Excellent in Prague had its highlights and low points. The location is unbeatable, just a minute from the Old Town Square, and my room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, I was disappointed with the service, as communication regarding my credit card was confusing, and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations for a five-star hotel.
